Direct Debit Payment Scheme

Moorsweb memebers have traditionally used standing orders to pay membership subscription,  but we have now set-up a direct debit scheme.

This page provides a link to a secure website run for Moorsweb by Smart Debit Ltd where you can sercurely set up a Direct Debit (DD) to pay your moorsweb subscription.

Most of these Direct Debits will be replacments for the existing standing orders that Moorsweb members have.  Shortly after a DD has been set-up on the secure site,  you will receive a confiramtion email from Moorsweb / Smart Debit.

Once you have receieved this confirmation,  please cancel your existing standing order at your bank or building society.

This is the link to the secure Smart Debit processing site for the standard £18.00 monthly subscription.  Please note the https (not http) of the secure site.

When you have completed the DD sign-up process,  there is a return link to this page.  Thank you.

Alternatively,   if you prefer not to set up a direct debit at this secure site,  you can phone me to set up a DD over the phone,  or if you wish,  you have a paper DD form to complete and post back.

Direct Debit Guarantee

All the normal Direct Debit safeguards and guarantees apply. No changes in the amount, date, frequency to be debited can be made without notifying you at least five (5) working days in advance of your account being debited. In the event of any error, you are entitled to an immediate refund from your Bank or Building society. You have the right to cancel a Direct Debit Instruction at any time simply by writing to your Bank or Building Society, with a copy to us.

Support For Direct Debit Scheme

Should you have any queries,  please do NOT contact the usual Moorsweb helpdesk as they will NOT be able to help on direct debit enquires.

Please contact Barry on either the usual number or usual email address (see the left of the page).
